Hubbie has been very supportive recently and I thought that I will thank him by making a nice meal. Isn’t there a saying that “the way to a man’s heart is his stomach” ?
Well, my hubbie is obsessed with my homemade pizza.
I have been making homemade #sourdough bread and pizza for a long time before I found out that I am super intolerant to gluten. I think many of you would agree with me that saying goodbye to a chewy pizza crust is one of the most painful things to do when you are on a GF diet.
We love doing pizza night at home so it’s annoying not to enjoy that after turning on the GF switch. I also felt bad that he cannot enjoy sourdough / pizza anymore as we cannot have any gluten in our oven.
So....after numerous failures, I mean NUMEROUS, alright? Because it’s so difficult to mimic gluten with GF flour.
This is the result!
There is still loads of improvement to be made but at least we are enjoying #artisan #bread and #pizza again at home! All #gluten-free and #vegan!
P.s this is NOT from the GF pizza mix that you bought in store. I will upload the recipe in my next post if you guys are interested.
