This is my favourite breakfast granola recipe and it's so cheap to make. The most important thing is that you know exactly what you are putting in it! I love to eat it with my vegan yogurt with a dash of BERRYFECT® Bilberry-blackcurrant powder.  So how to do it? 前段日子在FACEBOOK 寫過我的最新發明,野莓粉+中式糖水 - 生磨黑芝麻胡~ 當然所有的食材都是無麩同全素的啦! 現在同大家分享一下食譜。野苺粉因為完全天然無加糖的關係,同中式糖水的甜真的恰好夾到一個點!甜而不膩~~~ 另外,這個糖水對女生真的非常好,養顏護髮護膚! 沙棘 - 有OMEGA 7,3,6,9, 抗氧化成份極高,維他命C高過橙,美白護膚一流 紅苺蔓越莓 - 抗氧化,有利預防尿道炎,含白藜蘆醇,有助控制體重,有利心臟健康  黑芝麻 - 養髮護髮,高鈣 當然以上均需配合日常均衡健康飲食!   材料: BERRYFECT® 100% 沙棘粉 / BERRYFECT® 100% 小紅苺越橘粉 黑芝麻 1 杯 白芝麻 1 杯 AGAVE Syrup / 黃糖 (隨個人口味) 白米 半杯 水 600 ML(太胡的可在煮的時候再加多一點)   做法: 將白米用清水洗淨然後浸軟 - 最少5 - 6小時, 有時間可以之前個晚浸定 用超低火炒香黑白芝麻 (切勿放油!) 用攪拌機將白米打成米漿備用 用攪拌機將放涼了的黑白芝麻加一杯水打成芝麻漿 芝麻漿加400 - 500ML 水慢火煮滾,期間慢慢加入米漿,一直攪拌至糊狀 (大約15 - 20 分鐘) 加入AGAVE Syrup / 黃糖, 不是純素的可加蜜糖 上碗後加一匙BERRYFECT®沙棘粉 / 小紅苺越橘粉    大家有空試一下啦!自家製健康,一定健康D!記住留言 / Tag NOLLA呀!   #全素 #無麩 #糖水 #芝麻糊 #沙棘 #小紅莓 #蔓越莓 #健康 #中式甜品 #自家製 #GF #vegan #Chinese #dessert #BERRYFECT #Seabuckthorn #Cranberry #Lingonberry #homemade
