Berries Breakfast ideas Recipes

This literally takes 5 minutes in the morning to make. All plant-based and gluten free!

I do tend not to eat heavy after work so this is just perfect for a work day dinner for me.

Guess what? it has LESS THAN 400 CALORIES per glass and loaded with antioxidants, anthocyanin, vitamin C & E and even PROTEIN! Yea...I do know some of you are obsessed with that, LOL!

All you need is A BLENDER!

Recipes:

  • 1 tablespoon of BERRYFECT® Bilberry Blackcurrant powder
  • 1 - 1.5 box of fresh blueberries / fresh berries of your choice
  • 2 medium size bananas 
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder
  • 250 ml of homemade soy coconut yogurt (or store bought if you don't have any at home, feel free to check out my post on homemade soy coconut yogurt recipe)

 

Then, blend away!
