This is my favourite breakfast granola recipe and it's so cheap to make. The most important thing is that you know exactly what you are putting in it!

I love to eat it with my vegan yogurt with a dash of BERRYFECT® Bilberry-blackcurrant powder. 

So how to do it? Well, basically just blend the dates into paste form and mix all the ingredients together. Then press it on to a baking sheet and bake it at 160 - 170 degrees for 45 minutes. You will need to flip it and press it down again half way through.

Don't worry if it's not crispy when it's fresh out from the oven as it will get harder and once it cools down.
