Return and Refund Policy 

The NOLLA is proud to provide the best quality range of gluten free, vegan,
vegetarian, organic products that are free-from preservatives in Hong Kong. Your
satisfaction is our priority. In the event of product(s) damaged upon arrival, you
can request a refund of the specific product(s) within 3 calendar days after
delivery.

We will credit the amount to your original means of payment upon check out,
please follow below steps carefully:
Steps to make a refund

Step 1
Email us the details with photos of the concerned item(s) together with the copy
of invoice/ receipt. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND THE
PRODUCTS BACK TO US WITHOUT NOTICE.

Step 2
Wait for a return code to be sent to you.

Step 3
Write the return code quote on your invoice/receipt and send us back the damaged
goods with the return code written on the invoice/receipt. 
Any refunds for order will process immediately upon receiving the damaged
goods with the correct invoice/ receipt and the given return code written on it. It
may take approximately 14 business days for a refund to show on your
statement.

Important to note
Refund is at the discretion of The NOLLA Asia Limited.
Please check the condition of the products you have ordered as soon as they
arrive. Do not hesitate to contact us immediately in case of incorrect, missing or
damaged product. Do this via Email us or via our CONTACT US
page. In case of defect product, the responsibility of The NOLLA Asia
Limited is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
